Imagined Glassboro Mural Proposal: The Importance of Geology in Glassboro

Personal Reflection

This project was a pleasure to complete. Over the past months, I have learned so much about Glassboro. It is truly interesting how much history this town has and how much of it goes unnoticed by most people. During this project, aspects of Glassboro were pointed out to me that I had never noticed before. I will not be able to view Glassboro in the same way I did before the project and this is for the better. Even small aspects of the town have details that are fascinating to learn the history of. I had that opportunity thanks to this project. I would like to thank Professor Kitson, Mike Benson, Esther DeEugenio, George Armstrong, and all the other Glassboro community members for their help and interest in the project at every step of the journey. It would not have been possible without their support and enthusiasm. Additionally, I would like to thank my classmates, who always contributed to a fruitful discussion on each others projects and constantly offered fresh perspectives. It was a truly wonderful group to spend the semester with.
