MAKING THE INVISIBLE VISIBLE: A QUEER GLASSBORO HISTORY

Introduction

Homosexuality has always been oppressed in American society. Despite this continued marginalization, the LGBTQIAA+ community is resilient and persistent in their fight for equality. This research aims to trace queer history in Glassboro, New Jersey through participatory and archival interventions in efforts to increase visibility and spread awareness in the seemingly erasure of non-heterosexual identities.
