This historical intervention is fluid, meaning there is no end to contributing to history’s stories and artifacts. I have spent hours flipping through student publications and newspapers and reached out to many community members, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t more to uncover. I will continue to be my authentic queer self in hopes to aspire others to be more open about their unique identities. In doing so, we can appreciate other’s unique qualities and share and communicate more in the same places.
