It moved to its current location in 1979 into a building that used to be an ACME. It is not clear why this library has moved so many times, however the most likely reason is that they were growing and needed more space. This library has many amenities for the public to use including books, movies, and cds to rent, reference books, computers to use, collaboration areas, and 3-D printing capabilities. Prior to this research, I had never been into this particular library and only learned of its existence approximately a month before. I visited the library on a Saturday afternoon and found there to be a very small crowd there. Despite the many amenities that they had, there were only about ten other people. One of the most interesting things that I saw was an augmented reality station. This station is unique as it allows children to learn through a combined use of technology and books. There were also various posters around the library for events for adults and children alike. Things such as book club, chess club, and calligraphy classes were available for adults. Some of the children's activities consisted of sand art, story time, LEGO building, and homework help. During an interview, Nick Mitcho talked very highly about the growth of this library over time, and how there are great plans to expand it and possibly build a larger building for it. He is on the library committee and has contributed greatly to this library and hopes to help in the makings of the new one.
